I have always looked for a water bottle at other places but had not seen one that met my expectations. Upon visiting a local Best Buy store spotted this one and knew it was the one. Insulation allows liquid inside to keep its temperature and seems like it will last me a long time.

For the longest time I had been using a Kindle Keyboard which was good for its time until the 3rd gen. Paperwhite came along. The decision was a no brainer especially with the 300 dpi lighted screen and at the same reasonable price. I've gotten used to using the touch screen compared to the physical turn page buttons although every now and then the screen should be wiped to remove oils from our skin that accumulate. There is always something for everyone in the Kindle store

I got this cable in white as a spare along with an iPad I bought and throughout its life has never let me down. Given that the newer iOS devices now use the lightning cable, it might be more difficult to find 30-pin cables down the line so it a good idea to stock up while you still can.

I bought the white one a while back but can't seem to find the review button on its product page so will post my review here.
Light, makes good for holding an extended period of time. Built in rechargeable battery, no need to fumble around with AA batteries. Lives up to the 80 hour battery promise. Other game companies don't include a charging cable with their controllers so nice that Nintendo did include it with theirs.
Overall a great buy and hopefully can buy a few more for multiplayer.

I previously purchased this phone as a gift for someone at a higher price who liked the phone greatly. When a sale appeared at a cheaper price than I paid knew it was the time to get one for myself.
Most phones nowadays are purchased for their data functions rather than their primary purpose, making phone calls. Upon testing I knew that Nokia took the time to engineer a phone that sounded good to the listener as well as the person on the other end.
Immediately after making my first call and listening to the customer service IVR I could hear an expanded frequency range that other phones have been hiding all this time. In particular the 's' and 'ch' sounds stood out and in some cases could even hear the person breathe in on the other end.
Other phone functions held up well too although a full transition to Windows phone from Android would require some compromises, it is still doable for me.

More convenient way to pay

When the time comes to renew my service these prepaid cards are always my first choice when it comes time to pay. Rather than typing in a credit card number and a host of other information one just has to type the digit number behind the card and your good to go. When calling in to renew it is advised to have the prepaid call added before or right after ending the call. Simply as for an invoice. If the balance is enough to cover the total amount due then no invoice will be generated and neither will a $2 fee be added. Wait too long to add the prepaid card and the invoice will begin to generate and later come in the mail with the added fee.
I only deduct one star because there used to be the option of buying these cards for e-mail delivery but those sold out a long time ago and have now been taken out of inventory. Because of this one has to plan ahead to make sure the timing is correct to avoid the invoice fee.
As for the service itself I find it is really good especially with the new app and web player update that allows High and Maximum audio quality settings. I'm glad for this because historically SXM has been known for low quality audio and I hope more are aware of this.

Before buying this headset, one of the ways I chatted wirelessly on my PC was by using a bluetooth headset. Doing so this way had many downsides such as software had to be installed on the PC to use bluetooth although now with Win 8 pairing is much easier with the integrated protocol and bluetooth module on many newer notebooks. Sound quality was also much inferior over bluetooth and that headset picked up every little sound made especially typing sounds. The difference from the bluetooth headset to this one can best be described as going from AM to FM in both incoming and outgoing audio. I don't entirely blame the bluetooth headset for low audio quality. It mostly has to do with the Hands-free protocol of bluetooth that has a lower fidelity. Hopefully the advances with Android 5.0 Lolipop will allow usb headsets like these to co-exist and be used for higher quality phone calls.
This headset can be said to be leaps and bounds better and while there's still room for improvement, its to be expected on an entry level headset but still holds out on its own.
Design is simple, all the buttons electronics, mic, and battery with the micro-usb port are located on the right ear cup while the left ear cup is just the sound driver and a slot for storing the usb receiver. This receiver is proprietary due to the audio components and is not compatible with the unifying receivers made for other Logitech mice and keyboards so its best to not lose this. Lightweight feel although if enough care is taken it should last long enough until something better comes around.
Increasing the volume is done with a button on the 12 o'clock position of a blue circle on the outer right ear cup. Conversely, lowering the volume is done by pressing a button on the 6 0'clock position. Muting outgoing microphone audio is done with a button on the 7 o'clock position.
Volume level at maximum position may also not be as high as it should depending on what the other party is using as audio equipment and if the person is soft-spoken.
Since this is an on-ear headset the sound isolation is close to none which may be a good or bad thing depending on the environment this will be used in. This is something the purchaser has to decide for themselves otherwise there are other headset options that will serve a more noisy environment better.

Setup is as simple as plugging the receiver in although pairing may be necessary. This is done with a program downloaded from Logitech's website. On the headset one would hold the microphone mute and volume up buttons until the LED light flashes rapidly. One interesting aspect is during pairing this will actually show as a bluetooth headset on phones. Unfortunately this headset only appears as a stereo headphone and the microphone can't be used when paired as a bluetooth device.
Incoming audio quality is nothing to rave about. Its fine to have as some background music playing in the office or the occasional podcast but it won't provide an immersive music listening experience. For voice communications its still much better than the old bluetooth headset.
The microphone boom is small and rotates out 90 degrees from the right ear cup although it won't rotate the other way if one prefers to wear the microphone on the left side. Fortunately the microphone boom is shorter than traditional telephone headsets so its not as obtrusive. For me it rests on the cheek 1 inch away from the mouth. The tip of the mic is rigid although there is a flexible portion that allows the boom to bend left and right but not up or down.
The range is about the same as the bluetooth headset I used although a usb extension cable can be used to place the transceiver up on a wall for a less obscured signal path compared to a usb port on a PC laying on the ground.
Battery is rated at 5 hours so while it won't last one full day, it can be used while charging or be charged during off times such as lunch and be ready to go. Only a charging cable is provided although for quicker charging its best to use a power adapter made for a tablet or mobile phone with more output amps than a computer can provide.
Overall I think this headset is a worthy contender to begin with although I did purchase it at a price lower than the msrp that its typically sold at so some of the shortcomings may have been easier to overlook for me.

Does text-to-speech work? Hubby uses Audible books. Will they work on paper white Kindle
The Kindle Paperwhite does not have a speaker or headphone jack for text-to-speech support.

Kindle models sold in retail stores outside of Amazon's website are the special offers model although one can pay the difference after purchase to disable special offers from appearing.

What is the batteries life expectancy, what kind of battery does it use, and is it replaceable? Also can it be used while connected to USB charger?
My plan is to buy a few for workers but if battery wont last long after a few months of continued use and recharge then better i go for something better.

Iit is possible to use this headset while connected charging. One caveat is this may introduce a low hum through the microphone so its best to experiment with different power adapters or use an external battery pack to isolate from electrical noise.
I don't use my headset on a daily basis so battery longevity is not something I can comment on.
Logitech did not design the battery to be user replaceable so there isn't an official source for replacement batteries although still possible if care is taken
