This was the first large screen HDTV i have purchased and I couldn't be happier. Great sound and picture, easy hook up. Money well spent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How does standard definition look on this TV? Are the people all short and fat or can it be adjusted well?

SD looks ok but the HD is sooooo much better. I took awhile to switch my cable box with this TV from SD to HD because i had shows i wanted to watch on my cable box dvr. I knew the picture would be better but I had no idea how much better. Switch the HD as soon as possible, i speak from experience.
