How do I change the computer to online?

My computer shows the printer as offline and will not print. How do I change it to print from my pc?
You can try powering down and powering up the printer, this works sometimes. Usually you have to go through the setup process again. I have had the same problem.

Can you fax over the internet?

Do you have to use a phone line to fax or can you use the internet and fax wireless?
Yes you can through a 3rd party. It will cost you a monthly fee.

Does this printer come with the USB cable to connect to a PC?

No it doesn't.

HP Phone Cord

I'm trying to set up the 7520's Fax feature, but the instructions clearly state to ONLY use the HP phone cord that was supposed to be in the packaging. Trouble is I don't recall getting one, although I may be mistaken. What color is it or a description would be nice. Thank you.
The cord is black, and is in a small plastic bag.
