What's great about it: stainless steel front, 4 doors, spacious, water, ice dispencer lighting
What's not so great: I let a few bad reviews cause me to get the extended warranty
I have had this fridge for six months now. It is awesome. Lots of space, ice and water dispenser work great. You can easily put a large pizza in it. Love the drawer with the drink temp setting. All the features you could want, and Oh yea 18 months no financing is Great .Plus Best Buy match price One more thing. Just replaced water filter. It is so easy. Open the door and it is right there in the front between the 2 crisp drawers. I did not even have to turn the water supply off to change it. Thank you Samsung and Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This product has... Produce enough ice to meet my needs, Lots of door storage, Design I love, An easy to change water filter, Humidity controlled drawers, A freezer designed to fit full-size pizza boxes, Produce lasts longer, Runs quietly

how do you change the water filter?

There is a circle knob between the two crisp drawers. it has lock and unlock written on it. Just unlock it and pull it out then put in new one turn and lock. So easy. Hope this helps
