For about 2 years, I've just dealt with the onboard integrated Intel graphics and HDMI jack. It's been adequate, until my kids wanted to play Minecraft on this computer, which feeds to our living room TV. Suffice to say, this GPU kills the lag in Minecraft, and makes some other games move a bit more snappy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My iPhone really gets a charge out of this plug! I'm shocked at how easy it is to keep my phone successfully in battery-full state. I'm positive that I would give this product no negative votes; it would win the electron for president of car chargers!

Will card upgrade my Dell desktop to support a 1920 x 1080 res.? Power supply on machine is small so would this card be compatible?

I have a Dell desktop that I'd like to upgrade. The highest resolution that it currently supports is 1400 x 1050. I'm looking for a way to get it to support a resolution of 1920 x 1080. The machine that I'm looking to upgrade has a small power supply. This card requires 12v @ 16A (whatever that is). Is this the right card for me? I'm not a gamer so I'm not looking for anything super powerful or high-end.
Mine runs 1920x1080 very well. You'd need to open the side panel of your desktop to see the specs on the internal power supply. I have no idea what yours will say - but for what it's worth, the stock power supply in my Asus desktop (450 W) runs this GPU just fine. It's one reason I went with this GPU, so I didn't have to also switch out the power supply.

will this card transport audio and video on the hdmi port?

Yes. Mine runs audio & video out to our Samsung TV on HDMI just fine.
