I'm a software developer, sitting in front of 3 - 24 inch screens all day. I have large hands. I have the TecRepublic mouse because it is large with several programmable buttons. When I got a second office, splitting my my time, I tried to get another Tec mouse:but they are unavailable.
After considerable research and with the G602 mouse on sale for $38, I decided to get one. After having it under my hand for 20 minutes, I bought a second for home use. 6 of the buttons are clumped together and only accessible by your thumb with the 2 at the rear very inconvenient; there's no extra buttons on the right. The wheel only has a click (no left/right). Those would be considerations for gamers. I'm very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Sound, burned in images
First the sound: sounds like a cheap transistor radio in a glass case, so muffled it is almost unintelligble. Then, in under 3 months, I know what my favorite stations are... THEIR LOGOS ARE BURNED INTO THE SCREEN ALREADY. This, after I was careful about what I watched for the 100 breaking period. And, burn-in is not unde warranty. Don't buy plasma and don't let anyone tell you burn-in is no longer an issue, unless, of course, you want to buy my slightly use piece of junk...
