there; were no instructions for assembly but i was able to assemble it fairly quickly. the remote was easy. and the water tank was only 1.8 qt same as two and a half water bottles. i turned on the fan and was surprised at the fan speed. the blades was made of thin light clear plastic. i the turned on the dry mist and was amazed at the ultra thin vapor emanating from the fan. it looked like fog. i placed my hand on the mist and my hand was dry. my dining room was 85 degrees and led screen on the fan had the same temperature. the dining room cooled down and i was comfortable and not sweating. i was withing 8 feet of the misting fan and was impressed on cool it was. my sister took a picture of the misting vapor like fan and said she will buy one too

i purchased this system for a bargain 220.00 discount. i waited for couple of days to set it up. i am do it yourself person so i would not be surprised if i had to improvise. instructions says to feed wires thru the attic. i have no attic. i had to improvise it took a couple of hours for the first camera. the screws for the camera was to short (i have stucco on the side of the house) so i had to use longer screws. fortunately i have plenty of screws on hand. the instructions for the setup are diagrams so trial and error is the plan. i figured it out quickly enough. for a two story house its a challenge. if i had to do it all over again. i would choose a wide angle lens security system..but i am pleased with this system for the price.

i purchased this external dvd burner to play dvds on my old xp cpu. i then had installed it on my laptop (8.1 windows). i placed a dvd movie in the unit and nothing happened. my toshiba laptop said regional error (which means not compatible with this external unit. i did not give up hope. i then went online and downloaded a highly rated media player called vlc 64 bit. it says will play dvd/cds, even damaged discs. i then placed a dvd movie in the lg external unit. and to my surprise it worked. the sound and picture quality is even better than my optical drive dvd player on this laptop. so yes , this external lg optical drive does play dvd movies at high quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great graphics card for my 350 watt power supply

i needed a quality graphics card without adding a higher watt power supply. this graphics card met my requirements and i decided to purchase it. the reviews mentioned it was easy to install. no knowledge required. i received the graphics card and installed it. i turned it on and got a black screen. says i needed a boot disc. as usual it was easier said than done. this time i read the written instructions. it says i have to disable the existing integrated graphics. i am not good at following written instructions so i decided to use my common sense. i rebooted the computer and pressed f2 to examine the bios system. i did plan b (reboot to hard drive first) and the rest followed . imagine that i got my start up screen to show up. the processor was grudgingly accepting the graphics card . so before the screen froze, i inserted the nvidia installation disc and installed all the necessary files. it accepted. then the screen really froze on me. i then rebooted the computer and it happily accepted the updates. the graphics is 1000 times better. i checked the operating system and the graphics card is displayed on the resolution screen. i breathed a sigh of relief. i have an amd a6 6400k processor 4.1 ghz speed which i had doubts it would be compatible. the graphics card is quiet and so far not over heating. now i have a gaming desktop computer and saved $600. i am very pleased

this camcorder is really small but has a ton of features. i have tested the recording . the dual microphones are very clear and and loud on the playback hdtv. i have to lower the volume 50%.. this is high quality sound. i am using this camcorder to record home movies and transfter them to dvd. the a/v out is very useful. this is an impressive camcorder so far and i am going to test it fully.. i gave it 4 stars cause it runs hot on the bottom for extended recording.

good laptop for light gaming

this laptop is for my general purpose all around general use. every now and then i would get malware and windows defender would get rid of it for me. i then maxed out the memory 16gb. the video playback is outstanding and online videos. i then updated the amd drivers especially the graphics drivers. i got 20 to 25 percent better performance and graphics. i then updated to windows 10. that was a mistake. all my toshiba and amd updates were wiped out..windows 10 says its not compatible with their operating system... i then uninstalled windows 10 and i had to reinstall all my previeous updates. windows 10 is like an apple or macbook laptop that is not upgradeable.!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought this air cooler to replace my old air cooler ( bought in 1992 and still works . and blows out cooler air than my new air cooler). i tested the fan it works, but i didn't test the air cooler. a fews months later i pour water in the air cooler, turned it on and was disappointed the air cooler didn't blow oiut any cool air. i woke up the next morning and noticed a leak on the left and right edges. it was past the 30 days for return. so i checked where the leak was. i was surprised the water was coming out of the bottom where the screws are attached to the wheel casters (left and right) and the cord handles. its leaking thru the 4 screws (wheel casters and cord handles). this is very poor construction. ill fix it. but it should not happen this way!!!!!!!!!!!

i bought this phone to replace my old sharp sidekick phone and the difference is like night and day. although the blue phone is 2g (which i was skeptical about) was a concern the 1.3 ghz processor compensated the 2g speed. i tried calling and was amazed at the loudness of the speaker which was set at half volume. the internet was no problem speed wise. felt like 3g instead of 2g. the sized of the phone is a plus too.

i had researched this 42" sharp tv through sharp.com and was impressed by the specs and features. i then went to bestbuy today to purchase this item. i have previously bought samung, toshiba, and sony tvs and is used to the high quality they have. i bought this tv to replace my samsung 32" tv. i installed the sharp 42" tv pretty quick. it has comparable features with my 32" 460 series tv. so i had no difficulty in optimizing the features on the sharp tv. i'm really pleased that sharp has not cut corners for their smaller 42" tv. i hope to enjoy this tv for a long time.

What's great about it: easy to use good price

i bought this laptop as an open box item and amazingly no scratches and fingerprints. i knew the capability of this laptop and was impressed by its features. i have read the reviews by independent pc authorities online and was considered a high end midrange laptop for gaming. i have tested the gaming abilities of this laptop on high settings . i was surpriseed it did not freeze or crash. i then immediately did a system image back up of divds and system recovery flash drive 16 gb. this will revert it to original specs should your system malfunction. the 1st rule of thumb is to do this immediately. so you can enjoy your laptop for years to come. the other review i read said it could not update to windows 8.1 . this requires patience cause it took my laptop 70 minutes to download and update. its way better than windows 8. i will then test the other games on high settings with confidence knowing i have recovery and system image backup. this will be fun!

what type (2.0 or 3.0) of expancion slots an the pin size, also u should incluce in the specs section the psu watts, these are the most important things a buyer needs to know if they play any type of games at all. I have to google each machine seperatly just to find out these questions its anoying
i have researched this cpu on the futuremark bench performance. it will handle all new games at minimum requiredment and will handle near 90% of the recommended system requirement of the top games. which for a budget computer is amazing.
