These headphones were designed with input from athletes to be used for working out. Not watching videos or skyping someone. They are designed to work well with audio content, namely music, only. So those of you pi**ed off because your video and audio are out of sync are a victim of your own lack of research in the product you just spent $200 on. With that being said, these are excellent earphones for working out. Great sound and wireless convenience with a great fit. These are worth checking out if you're in the market for some workout music.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung - 64" Class (64" Diag.) - Plasma - 1080p - Smart - 3D - HDTV
This Samsung PN64F8500AFXZA 64" plasma 3D HDTV delivers lush images at up to 1080p. To build a complete 3D home theater system, we recommend you purchase a 3D Blu-ray player, high-speed HDMI cable and an A/V receiver that is compatible with 3D products.

Wall Mounting
Can this unit be wall mounted? The base on this set looks as though it can't be removed.
It is wall mountable and the stand can be removed rather easily.

Is burn in as much of an issue with the 8500?
Want to be able to play video games on this unit, safe?
I've played hours of games and fallen asleep with a static BluRay menu on the screen. You see temporary images but they soon disappear. There's pixel shifting tech that prevents burn in.

Why is the model number (PN64F8500AFXZA) different from that of what is shown at Samsung's website (PN64F8500AF)?
I'm only guessing but I think Samsung isn't keeping the website up to date. The AFXZA is the newer model. This is the last year for plasma so I think they're not too concerned about it.

4" = $700.00?? I could understand if I could add 4" to anything I wanted...
Why is it that to get the larger, 64" screen, it costs an additonal $700.00 extra versus the 60" version of this TV?
That's the TV industry for you. I'm sure they'll give you a hundred reasons to justify it but we'll never know unless they open the doors to their factories.

Is there an Ethernet connection?
If this TV relies solely on WIFI, the WIFI speed is too slow an unstable to allow streaming. Any internet content would be an issue. Ethernet is required.
Yes, you can hardwire to the TV via Ethernet cable. Depending on your internet connection or Wifi you may be able to watch wirelessly. I have no problem with Netflix wirelessly on mine.

what type of headset for audio/microphone is available to use?
I want to Skype with headset for audio and microphone for speaking. is this available for the Samsung and where do I plug it in?
There's a microphone on the remote control that comes with the TV. Any audio would come from the television speakers or sound system you have hooked up to the TV. You may be able to sync Bluetooth headphones to the TV but I don't see why you would need too. You could also attach headphones to your sound system if one is connected.
