I brought this today, April 17, 2015. And I would be returning this piece of junk the first thing tomorrow. Not only is it complicated on its initial set up, you have one thing set up, then you think you are done but apparently you aren't, they required you to create another account to use its other so called applications. This is actually the beginning of a nightmare. When you think everything is done and ready to go. You will soon find out that it has connective issue. In my scenario, when you are uploading to a private folder, you can't even access that folder. During an uploading sequence, if you want to access the public folder, it will say it's unavailable. This so called cloud is not an user friendly device, it's actually one of the worst. The only reason why I want to buy my own private cloud is because I don't want to pay a monthly for I-cloud or Dropbox, but when you think about it, we are paying a monthly subscription for a better service and it's must easier to use. I don't recommend Seagate Cloud drive, want a cloud drive, look for another brand.

What's great about it: Screen Size, Processor Power, Apps
What's not so great: Defect Phone, Speakers don't work, Manufacture Defects
I pick up the phone on May 28th and open the package on 29th. The phone screen is absolutely gorgeous with it's 5 in screen, with it's processor power but the phone came with a speaker defect, there's nothing coming through the speaker which even incoming phone calls doesn't ring up and you don't even know if someone is calling you, the experience with it wasn't that great. I went to the Samsung Professional help and he diagnosis the phone, re-flash OS, then update the OS but nothing had make the speakers to work, and finally he has certified that this phone was a defect. I only have experience my phone for four hours, and this wasn't a good experience with. I still have faith in all Samsung product but if it comes in as a defect, that is just unreasonable because of the price that we pay for this phone.

Does the unactivated version of the Galaxy S4 come with unlocked carrier?
i was wondering if i bought the unactivated version will it come unlocked and able to use with any carrier?
To my Understanding of the phone, The un-activated version of the phone with that carrier only works with that carrier because of the carrier logo on the back, but if you buy the UNLOCK PHONE then that phone is unlock to all carrier with the use of a SIM CARD.
The un-activated phone cost 749.99 dollars
the unlock phone cost 799.99
to me I think the unlock phone is the better deal but in the end, its up to you to choose which is more suited for you.
