What's great about it: Great Display
What's not so great: Size makes it fragile, Bad Software
A wonderful display and camera. However, this phone is extremely thin and light. It also is VERY large. This means it is easy to fumble.
The software is kind of cheesy and has that typical Samsung, not in touch with the US feel.
I took the phone back after the first time I dropped it and the chrome bezel chipped off in a big piece.

What if there are issues with this "new" phone within the first 30 days?

This is a new, out-of-the-box phone and it's already freezing up during online use and disconnecting during some app usage.
You have 15 days to take it back to Best Buy. Sorry!
