What's great about it: I can get video of my dog
What's not so great: The mounting on my dogs back is kinda chincy
I really like the idea of this product. It's more cost effective than some other accessories. I wish that the plastic piece that the straps attach to were made of a different material. The plastic doesn't seem like the best possible choice. Perhaps a woven nylon or a rubber would provide more flexibility, comfort for my dog, and decrease slipping. Overall, I'm not upset with my purchase but it does have room for improvement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: Purple
I use iTunes gift cards to buy movies and TV shows to watch on Apple TV. Yes I'm an apple fan, but I really like how all their products work together easily.

What's great about it: It's durable
What's not so great: It feels pretty cheap for the price.
We've since replaced this case for a higher quality and less expensive case. I might buy this case again if it was significantly less expensive. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why it was the price it was. Unfortunately, I had to have a case and this was the only option under $100 at Best Buy that day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: It's pretty easy to use, it generally gets great shots, and the capabilities are pretty impressive.
What's not so great: Battery life could improve but is not terrible.
I almost went with the competition instead of the action cam, but a friend talked me into giving the Action Cam a shot. I was initially worried about the lack of video content available online (youtube, sony's own site, etc.) from this Action Cam at the time of purchase while the competition had it in abundance. I ended up giving it a chance and I haven't looked back. My wife and I took it on my honeymoon and we had a blast with it. We've been using iMovie to put together montages and share our wedding memories with friends. I've also used this camera for my business to get video of do's and don'ts for training purposes. I'm happy with my purchase and the accessories as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wireless remote
I coach volleyball and I would like to be able to hold a remote and click stop and record during plays. What kind of camera would I be looking for and one that works with MAC too.
I use a Sony Action cam and I can control it with my iPhone (less reliable) and iPad (more reliable). The action cam has a wide viewing angle so it might not work for your application but I would imagine the software would work the same with any sony cameras capable of wifi connections.

Can I view footage off a tablet?
If a purchase a tablet with this action cam, Can i review footage that was taken instantly afterwards with a tablet? If i am out biking in the woods, and I want to review footage basically or something like that.
I can use my iPhone (although less reliable) and my iPad (more reliable) to control the camera or to upload video via a wifi network (long videos can take time). The ease of use on android products is supposedly better than on apple products, but it's still an option. I will say that on Apple products - if you use the app and the wifi network at home or at work you have to delete your memorized wifi internet connections because they will take precedence over the wifi connection made with the camera. You can go back and add them again when you're done but it's an extra few minutes of time.
Note: I've been pretty happy with this action cam. Sony has a good thing here. They need to invest more into apps and accessories like the GoPro has, but I would certainly recommend the camera to a anyone. We've used it for everything from my honeymoon snorkeling in the ocean to creating safety videos for work.
