I have only had this radio for a day, but I am really enjoying it. I contemplated keeping my dilapidated stereo and simply purchase a stand alone satellite radio, but the price difference was well worth it.
I mainly purchased it for SiriusXM, but the bluetooth, iPod and vastly improved sound quality (over old stereo) is unmatched. Not to mention the fact that I now do not have a stand alone satellite radio randomly attached inside my car, just waiting for my kids to break it.
I am a novice (at best) when it comes to installation of electronics, so I had Best Buy complete the install. The added cost was well worth the piece of mind knowing that it would be secure and done right. They were very professional and did a great job with the install and explaining the set-up, pairing my phone, etc....
Cons: None really, but if I had one, it would be that I would like for the preset buttons to be a bit larger. But again, not a big deal at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can a Satellite radio be installed in a later model vehicle...say 2003 chevrolet impala?

When I had my radio installed, they recently installed one on a 2001, so I suspect a 2003 would be fine.

does best buy have a cable necessary to install this in a 2015 Chrysler Grand Caravan

Based on my experience of being in their bay during install, they seemed to have every cable imagineable.
