What's great about it: got it for free
What's not so great: everything
got this a year and half ago and can't wait till Dec to get a different phone. First Week, phone shut off and unable to turn back on, Call techs at ATT, the could not tell me over the phone how to get it back on. So a trip to a ATT store, just for them to tell me, hold the wake up button and volume up button at the same time. Really!!!! Shuts off a lot, delayed screen when call coming in, you might get to answer it, you might not. Doesn't like to receive pictures in a text if you are connect to wifi.....really. Just so fed up with this phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
