Great item, worked like expected. Perfect for TVs with limited HDMI. Set this up with Wii U, Xbox, Blue ray player. Auto detect and remote switching.

Great product worked well with other backup software, bought it on sale. The software that it comes with is not that great. Many problems trying to get it to work properly on USB 2. USB 3 was fast but the software took a long time to back up. I used another backup program that fit my needs and was able to quickly back up my entire computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great movie, Only wish the deleted scenes were added into the movie. Would have loved to see the shark scene.

Bought it for my Mother, who loves office. It is a great product, waited till it was on sale and bought it for her. This is one of the best office products out. Tried Open Office but found MS office easier to use.

What's great about it: Nice processor good size for my mom
What's not so great: Flimsy construction, product was registered to someone else
Price was about right, got it for my mom for Christmas. Purchased online and shipped to the house.
Upgraded to Win 8.1 and had problems. Went to restore to factory settings and everything was working then system crashed due to a bad disk. HD messed up needed new restore DVD. Contacted Dell since unit was under warranty. Dell would not help, the laptop was registered to another person and dell will not change the ownership nor will they help with any warranty issues. Went to Best buy store and was told that it did not come from Best buy and they could not help unless I wanted to pay for it. I told them I ordered it online and showed them the receipt but still got the same answer. Had to buy restore disk from e-bay. Hope nothing else goes wrong since Dell wont honor the warranty.
This product is... flimsy build keyboard flexes, warranty register to someone elese

can i use this as a cloud storage or do i need to buy one that states cloud access I already have this one

does this come with the cloud base account--- and can I use this one as a cloud base storage ?
or do I have to buy one that states cloud access to obtain my information from different locations outside of My house while travelling ???

Mine came with cloud storage from Dropbox, but it is very small, I think it was 2 gb. You have to set up a free account to use it. Only good for storing small files that you access frequently. You have to pay if you would like to use more than 2gb of storage.
