I bought this microwave less than a month ago, it doesn't stay on for more than 3 minutes, no joke! I really only use my microwave for quick re heating of food anyway but when it comes time to BOIL WATER, that requires an extra minute ( haha) it shuts off! The power level isn't working either, you can enter the power level but it cooks at the same level as high....... I called best buy for a return/exchange, but I'm out of the 15 day return window. I then contacted Panasonic, they say it sounds like a manufacturers defect and is advising me to take it to a repair center that is 25 mins away from me! I am going to bring it this week but seriously, why not just replace it?!?! Oh well, live and learn
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I read reviews on this printer before making my purchase. Note to self: Start with the lowest reviews first!!! Needed an everyday printer for small jobs so I didn't want to spend a fortune, thankfully this one was on sale for $49.00. Brought it home set it up, didn't even get to print out a page before I got my first error message! "The printer carriage is jammed" I cleared out the packing material inside prior to turning the unit on and installing the ink cartridges, and the message kept coming up....Troubleshooting: I shut down the printer, figuring perhaps it would reset the machine, but to no avail, the same message kept popping up. The printer carriage was moving smoothly on it owns left to right, so there was NO jam!! I went online and simply typed in " hp4500 print carriage jam" and there were plenty of people with the same unresolved issue....I'm going back to best buy to return this pile.... not sure what I am going to purchase next.
Thankfully best buy has a fair return policy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Microwave oven light

So, the microwave oven light is not on during cooking (so you cannot see your food), but only comes on when you open the door?
mine is off when you open door but turns on when cooking?!?!
