True to the Bose brand, the sound quality is wonderful. I use them at work mostly, and love them. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that the cord is extremely short, such that it should be attached to a device on your person. I use them connected to my Macbook at work, and the cord is so short that I am tightly tethered to my desk. I wish they came in a Bluetooth version, but until such a day happens I purchased an Mpow® Streambot Mini Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Audio Music Streaming Receiver, and it has set me free from being tethered to my desk.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have the QC20 for Windows and Berry. Will it work with the iPhone 5s

Yes, I use them with my iPhone 5s.
