What's not so great: does not work
Keys B and N don't work although the keyboard is virtually new. Best Buy would not help as its out of warranty. Seems to be a fairly common issue with these looking at other sites, not sure why there are so many positive reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How to fix an "N" key that doesn't work?

Everything works but the "N " key
Haven't had any luck. With mine it is the N and the B, tried the trouble shoot with Zagg, tried Best Buy. Sorry can't help just to let you know you are not alone.
