Defective Stainless Steel Finish - Not Just Mine

The stainless steel finish is defective and starts to look streaked and marred within a year. We take very good care of it, and have tried many things to clean it, but to no avail. We have friends who bought it, and have the same exact problem (much worse as they have had it longer). We called Samsung to complain while it was still under warranty. At first, they said they would replace the door, but then when the service person got here they said it wasn't covered and they would not replace it. Now we have an extremely ugly looking $2,000 refrigerator in our otherwise fairly nice kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does this fridge ship with a filter and water line/hose?

I can't tell from the product description or specs if the filter and hose needed for hook-up are included or if they have to be purchased separately.
