What's great about it: Works fast and uses less electricity
What's not so great: seems a little thin (the metal parts
We had a 10 year old dryer that I didn't want to fix so we went shopping for a new one. Found this as an open box at the store plus an additional discount after haggling with the sales associate and walked out with it for $400 + Tax. Then read some reviews on line and saw good and bad. So far it works great, the sensor dry is terrific. My teenage son washed a full load of Jeans and towels and they were all dry in less than an hour. Runs quiet without vibrating (of course you have to level it). Easy to operate but if you want the user manual you will have to download it from Samsung (maybe I didn't get one due to the open box) It doesn't have a light inside so my clothes won't be able to read the papers. Used my American Express card to buy so I get an extra year warranty. Hope it lasts as long as the previous one..
This product is or has... Big enough capacity for a comforter, Stability, so it doesn't vibrate my house, All the cycles I need, Acceptable level of noise, All the settings I need

Where is the dryer vent located?

The vent on mine came out from the back but there are knockouts on either side so you could re-locate the vent to either side. We had a flexible vent hose thing that connected and i was too lazy to start futzing with the vent pipe to relocate it.
