My car keeps spitting out my Dynex Cassette Adapter. Why is this? Can I fix it?

Some players automatically eject after the tape finishes. So if nothing is playing through the adapter BEFORE you push it in / hit play, it'll be like a 0-second-long tape to the player.... Get the music or whatnot started first, then push it in and play.
