Pebble isn't out to set the bar as high as the anticipated Apple watch but the price point is much lower that what is predicted for Apple and what we've seen for Moto. This is a basic smart watch and very functional. Look at the features and decide for yourself if the price difference is worth. And remember that Pebble has been making these for several years, so you're dealing with proven technology.

Like other Apple products, this item "just works" but be aware of a few things ... First, it's designed for Macs that do not come with an internal SuperDrive (recent iMacs and MacBooks). Second, you pay a premium price. One could argue there are any number of 3rd party drives that should work but this one will match your Mac and it's the genuine article. Lastly, it will likely require a dedicated USB port, not a hub, even a powered one. The built-in USB cable is convenient but not replaceable (it's molded to the device). On the plus side, no power brick or power cord needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you're a casual Glenn Miller or big band fan, you may not care for broadcast transcriptions, but for those of us who have already bought every original 78 or the numerous LP and CD reissues, these rare broadcasts are a treat. They're a great listen to the most famous big band of them all during a time when radio was more than a jukebox and actually presented "first run" live entertainment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Lightweight, nice looking, versatile
What's not so great: Rather pricey but the quality is there
I had doubts about the need for a cover but it's so well designed and so easy to use that I have no regrets about the purchase. You really should try it if you're unsure. Some people may prefer the case to protect the back as well but the cover is ideal for my usage.

The latest app update sometimes takes longer to find devices than previously but the flexibility in the scheduling is much improved, now allowing you to set weekdays, weekends, individual days, or daily. These items are a bit pricey but the convenience is great.

What's great about it: Easy to use, great integration with iPhone
What's not so great: Nothing
My old BP monitor was acting up and I needed a new one. The iHealth arm cuff was not that much more expensive than a manual unit, and now I have the convenience of the iPhone app to track my results with zero effort from me. No more keeping a paper list or storing the readings on a Google Doc. And I save on battery replacements.

does this wemo support devices which wok on 220-240v
The box specifies 120v but I bought it in the USA so there may be other versions available internationally. Have you asked Belkin? I imagine Best Buy would only sell the version meant for the USA in their USA stores.

Does this require a monthly service fee?
No fees to Belkin. To control over the Internet, you need connectivity which may carry fees but that is between you and your ISP (or your wireless carrier). But you don't need a special "account" to access the device.
