What's great about it: The versitility of a tablet with detachable keyboard.
What's not so great: Windows RT still glitchy at times
This unit has been a great product for me personally, been able to do everything I need to do on a day to day basis, the battery life is amazing, though not as good as the Android version in the Transformer Infinity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: The keyboard dock, powerful processor, and impervious screen
What's not so great: nothing
This was my second Android tablet, both Asus, both from BestBuy, I'm a bit of a tech Junkie, this tablet was my main unit for over a year, with me only switching to my full size laptop for paying bills, since in my area you need to be on Internet Explorer. The keyboard dock takes it from a tablet to a mini android laptop, and it always feels very powerful and high end, side note the gorilla glass 2 on this thing did better in a car crash than the aluminum backing. fyi
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, lightning fast, Perfect for Business, Variety of apps available, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size, Comfortable to hold

What is the restocking fee on this item?

BestBuy has a 15 day return policy, as long as you don't lose anything or damage it there is no restocking fee.

Can Windows RT support older printers

I'm considering this tablet as a replacement for my work laptop but I need to know one thing first. I use an Epson LX300+II impact printer for making 3-part forms. It's not wireless, only usb. I know I can connect it to the usb port on the docking station but I need to know if Windows RT will find the correct drivers as I obviously can't download them from the provided CD?
no, windows RT and 8 make a clean break from older printers, it's one of the most annoying things about windows 8/RT.

Does it have something like the Siri on the IPad where you can verbally ask questions?

you can install the google search app, that will allow for a vocal search, as for the other siri features, no.

yes and no, yes you can search with voice, no you cannot use the other voice features of siri.

no, windows 8 runs legacy software, but windows RT is not legacy compatible, this runs RT.

Does this tablet have what she would need to connect to another computer/printer?
it can connect to other devices such as computers and printers, although this is an even better gift for the child/grandchild on their way to college, since RT comes preinstalled with office home and student edition.
