Garmin - Vivosmart Activity Tracker (Large) - Black
Garmin Vivosmart Activity Tracker: Track your steps, calories, sleep and other health data, and enjoy access to a free online fitness community. This activity tracker reminds you to move when you sit still for too long, automatically sets a daily step goal based on your current activity level, and has a sleek, invisible OED display that comes to life when you get a call or text.
Best combo of tracker + smartwatch, and waterproof

Very happy after 30 days. PROS:
1. Phone synch with iP5 has been flawless, notifies you when phone out of range (great reminder if you leave it somewhere) but then re-synchs immediately.
2. Using notifications and "auto-on" charge lasts 5-6 days, but recharge fully overnight. The low battery indicator is nice, lets you finish the day before charging.
3. waterproof - no need to remove for shower.
4. band is a challenge to put on with one hand, but that makes it very study once attached.
5. The iOS notifications are as advertised, require you to set up level of notification on your phone.
6. You can easily calibrate the steps on a treadmill to get an accurate distance (separate for running and walking)
7. I do not notice any "extra counts" for arm motion, etc. It does work perfectly on the treadmill.
8. Sleep analysis is basic, but it does show the times when you are perfectly still in deep sleep, and total time (requires manual on/off for sleep)
CONS (minor):
1. The App (on ip5 with iOS 8) is slow to refresh, sometimes delayed to show latest counts, eventually catches up)
2. Battery charger requires practice to attach perfectly

How does it recharge?
The description says it has rechargable batteries but the "What's included" only shows the band and a manual but no cable. So how do you recharge it?
There is a cable that can plug into a USB port or your own USB wall charger. It charges overnight.

Small or Large ?
What are the specs for each size so you know which size to buy
Check the Garmin website for more detail on the sizes. Only a woman with very thin wrist should consider smaller size, based on other comments.
