The sound is BOOMING and setup was a breeze. The mic receives clear and clean, even with the air conditioner running in the background. No muffling or distortion. The interface is simple and effective -all you really do is select the mode (Gaming/Movie or Music) and turn the Dolby 7.1 on or off. No fancy EQ or voice modulator with the stock setup but I don't need that to game.
They are a little uncomfortable but that may be a blessing in disguise. Otherwise I might never wanna take them off!
Great headset. I hope to have these for many years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this have the USB for power then two jacks,headphones & mic?

No jacks -it's all USB and it works great.
