Major difference in the new system versus the old one?

The Major difference would be the GPU which is a 4.2 TF card instead of the 1.x GPU in the current PS4, you will get better textures, resolution, framerate, stability out of your games.... and the true potential of this machine will truly shine if you have a 4K HDR TV

No Ultra Blu-Ray Drive...but what if you buy/rent an Ultra movie from the playstation store? That should still be able to play correct? If so, then is not really having the drive, that big of a deal? It def would hurt redbox though, right?

Correct any digital service that supports 4K... Netflix, Vudu, Ps Store, etc will work on PRO

A good question i wanna know is if someone playing online on a pro vs regular ps4 is the a differince in gameplay since the pro has higher framerates...etc??? Say for instead on cod will the players playing on po have a advantage or ppl playing on regular

No all MP games will run the same on the PRO as they do on the current PS4 Pro will not give an advantage or make the playing field uneven.

Do you have to have a 4k monitor for the playstation pro to work. or can you just have a normal monitor and it still works on it.

No normal 1080p Monitors or TVs will get a benefit as well in crisper more detailed textures & frame rate .. but obviously the full potential of this system will be shown with a 4K HDR monitor or TV

Is it true we can trade in our old PS4 and pay $50 to get the new pro?

you will get whatever the trade value is for the current PS4 to go towards the cost of the PRO (I think the value atm is 125) but you would have to pay the rest off obviously. the 50.00 is just the deposit fee to secure a pre order

aslong as your TV has the proper connections you can use it with whatever Size TV you want.

My DVD / Blu Ray player is a PS3, also have a direct tv cable box, any compatibility issues?

I have a PS3 aswell and use it as my Dvd/blu ray player aswell as an ATT U-verse receiver connected. I have had no compatibility Issues i just have the PS3 & receiver connected to my TV Via HDMI then the LG soundbar connected to the TV via the Audio Optical cable. plug & play basically
