I really had high expectations for these. I needed a new pair of wireless headphones for gym when my LG's broke after 7 years of service.
Boy, what a disappointment.
Pairing is not smooth. Followed the instructions, at first it said "connected", then right away "disconnected, try again", did this probably 5 times, still no success -- says "Not your AirPods" WTF?
Finally restarted iPhone, and they got paired after restart already.
Now, it says they will now be paired with all your devices. Not so. My MBP still has no clue. OK, rebooted mac as well. Finally they showed up under Bluetooth menu.
OK, playing music. How to stop? Tap. Nothing. Tap-tap. Siri. OK I guess I can ask it to stop playing. Now, what about volume? NO LUCK.
When I exercise I keep the phone in the pocket. So in a public place I'll need to talk to Siri to pause or adjust volume the playback? WTF?
OK, eventually I found out that I could change the settings to do play/pause instead of Siri on double tap. Still no volume control. And what if I really need to ask Siri for something?
The only good thing I can say about them is that sound quality is very good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only useful thing is the strap, but it still has to be removed for charging/storage.
The tips seemed like a good idea, but none in the set fit comfortably.
The hooks are redundant to the strap. And the pods fit snugly as it is.
$20 for a single useful piece of silicone is just way too much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this in Dec 2014 for use in the kitchen.
I worried that these kinds of TVs might have "tinny" sound, but as it turned out this one has nice rich sound and the picture is great too although it's not a full HD.
Only wish it would come in other colors not just black.
We love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

can this tv double as a computer monitor

Yes, it has both VGA and HDMI inputs.

HDMI is better. Most modern laptops would have an HDMI output.
