What's great about it: Reliable, value for price
What's not so great: No complaints yet
We converted from PCs to Apple laptops and phones last year, but were still in transition from older components of our home theater. Bought Airport Express when we upgraded the receiver. Streaming video from Netflix though home theatre works much better now. Consistently strong connections. Didn't realize until Geek Squad told us that due to competition with other wireless network in our building, connection to our own network had been extremely variable. That problem now solved with Airport Express.

What's great about it: Has all the features we need
What's not so great: Too complicated to switch out ourselves
We have a home theatre but are not sound fanatics. Hence, didn't want to spend for the high end receivers. This midrange sounds great and had all the versatility to manage home theater, web based video, and wireless connections to our laptops and iPhone for music. Had to rely on Geek Squad to set it up, but that really was because the remote needed to be reprogrammed to integrate the new receiver into the equation. Best Buy and Geek Squad gave us great advice and great service.
This product has... Plenty of power for all my needs, Interfaces well with TV, Good multi-zone capability

What's great about it: Needed this quickly while Geek Squad was programming a new universal. item was in stock, sales guy was knowledgeable.
This was exactly what we needed to link universal remote, home stereo, smart TV, and an older BluRay player. Geek Squad was here and identified the piece needed. It was in stock, and ready when I ran to the store to pick it up. This is what is great about Best Buy. Your sales force knows its stuff. Would say the same thing about the Geek Squad. Why is that so rare today?

Compatible with apple airport/AirPort Extreme router signal?
Yes, we are Apple base and it is compatible. Had to buy Airport Express base station to stream sound from Netflix and other web-based services.
