What's great about it: Cheap and doesn't take up a lot of room.
What's not so great: Nothing so far
We have a small apartment so this works for us. Seems to have everything we need for features. Hopefully this will last 10+ years like our previous microwave did.

why doesnt the zero button work??

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER WHO LIVES 300 MILES AWAY ..SHE CANT PUT IN 10 MINUTES BECAUSE THE ZERO BUTTON SAY KITCHEN TIMER ON TOP OF BUTTON AND WHEN SHE PRESSES IT TIMER COMES ONNOT THE ZERO SHE NEEDS..CALLED SERVICE DEPT AND THEY SAID THE R-309YK SERIES DOESNT HAVE A BUTTON THAT SAYS KITCHEN TIMER..I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE IT WAS SIMPLE THE PICTURE OF THE CONTROLS DOESNT SHOW KITCHEN TIMER WORDING ABOVE THE ZERO BUTTON..NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON BUT THIS IS NOT THE MICROWAVE PICTURED..WOULD LIKE THE ZERO BUTTON WITHOUT THE KITCHEN TIMER ON IT..
You have to press and hold the zero button for 4 or 5 seconds until it beeps and the enter desired time length.
