What's great about it: Sound quality, comfort
What's not so great: connection
This stereo bluetooth headset has excellent sound quality and is extremely comfortable...but it's connection range is poor. It connects quite well at a distance (3'-30') but has issues at close range. I had no problems working 10-20 feet from my phone, but if I was out walking I had to hold the phone in my hand,,,couldn't put it in my pocket...which ruined it for me. I ended up returning it and buying another product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Controls, design, ease of use, appearance, VALUE
What's not so great: power level
I like everything about this microwave...except the power. I replaced an older 1100 watt microwave with this one and I like it much better than the one I replaced...except that it takes this one twice as long to cook/heat/defrost everything. The controls are extremely easy to learn and use. The appliance looks great, especially with the other stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. It does a great job of thoroughly cooking/heating, except that it takes much longer than expected. That being said, it is an excellent appliance and is a great value. It has all the "bells and whistles" that I want in a crisp attractive package that matches up with the other stainless appliances in my kitchen.
This product is or has... Shortcut keys that save time, A turntable that cooks evenly, Easy to use controls, Easy to clean, easy to install

Has many people returned these due to sound clarity for the iphone5?
I had real problems using this headset with my HTC MyTouch 4G. It had great sound and was extremely comfortable, but if I was out walking I had to keep my phone in my hand...as soon as I put my phone in my pocket I would get hesitations in all music. I ended up returning it and buying another product, which solved the problem..
