What's great about it: It'll shred a DVD, a credit card, an invoice, or a half-dozen sheets of paper and just keep going. No overheating.
What's not so great: Is there a shredder out there somewhere that is quiet? I don't care.
I'm very happy I bought this machine. What I'll do with all the usable fire-starting materials I don't know, but I get tired of feeding it before it gets tired of being fed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What is the capacity of the basket?

I take the contents and stuff it into a supermarket check-out plastic bag with no problem.
