I have had my Navigator for about 2 months. It rolls easily and smoothly and is pretty lightweight. Overall its pickup is pretty good. I like not having to readjust going between hard floors and carpet. The canister is easy and not messy to dump.
BUT, the pet attachment does NOT stay attached while in use and it's necessary to hold it in place. I have fauxsuede pet covers on my couch (found in many catalogs) which take a lot of work to vac pet hair from. The attachment falls off so often, I end up using lint rollers instead. Also, when holding the attachment in place (while trying to vac), I often get pinched between the connector and corrugated tube. Ouch!
Since I don't know a pet vac attachment that works better, I think this is a buyer beware. I will recommend this vac to others but with the warning. Hopefully Shark will address it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Shark Navigator attachments

On some models of Shark Navigator, it shows
"Pet Turbo Brush" and on some, it says "pet power brush". What is
the difference please? I want the best one, since pet hair is our major
challenge.
I don't know the difference but the pet attachment on the Navigator does not stay attached very well during use. I usually have to hold it in place but then my thumb usually gets pinched between the connector and hose. Beware!
