Great for my online Master's Degree Program

What's great about it: Easy to use

What's not so great: Have to reformat papers in Word before submitting

Before I bought my Samsung Chromebook I read a lot of reviews, watched a few YouTube videos, and went to Best Buy and checked it out. My primary purpose for buying a chromebook was for school. I recently finished my bachelor's degree and was getting ready to start my master's program. Due to my work schedule I take online classes, and since Chromebook is web based I figured it work well for an online class.

So far it has worked out great. I can view and make PDF's, create documents in Google Drive, View videos on YouTube, and most of all write my papers.

The only thing that I have a problem with is that the formatting between Google Docs and Word is not the same. I have to go to my desktop and reformat my papers in Word. I then submit my papers from my desktop. Hopefully one day the Docs format will be acceptable and this won't be a problem.

I do miss the delete button, but it is not a biggy. I really like using two fingers to scroll with on the trackpad. Overall, as a second computer that I use for school I love it. I would say to do some research before buying and make sure it is right for you. Google markets the Chromebook as an addition to your main computer and it is great in that capacity.

I would like to see how it interacts with the cloud based Adobe Photoshop. If the two play nice together that will be awesome.

Overall, I would highly recommend a Chromebook. I plan to buy my kids one Christmas.

ac adaptor

I bought this a few months back, and I lsot my ac adaptor. What is the correct product to order to replace it?

What model is your Chromebook. This is what Best Buy recommends
