What's great about it: Awesome screen image. Lightning fast!!!
What's not so great: Nothing so far.
I have owned several Samsung products in the past. I currently own a LED 3D TV and a note 2. I decided to by a tablet after my kids moved to another state so I could Skype with them and not be stuck at my computer. After looking at other brands I kept coming back to the Tab 3. I have played several games on it and watched a few movies. The screen is awesome. I haven't noticed any screen blur and have had no video lag at all. Using apps is very easy I have not had to press a short cut more than once yet.
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, lightning fast, Variety of apps available, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size

You should be able to download a Adobe reader app.

Is there a way to video chat
There are a few ways to video chat. I have used Skype and for me that is the best program. I know Facebook has a chat feature but I have never used it.

should I install any virus/malware protection on my Samsung galaxy tab 3
Yes I would. I have AVG on mine. It is a free app and you can set it up to scan when ever you want it too.
