What's great about it: Lightweight decent battery life
What's not so great: only two USB ports, changing resolution
This was a before Christmas purchase. My old netbook and laptop are quite long in the tooth. The local BB store was low in stock, and did not have the 8G I7 version, which I would have preferred.
The Intel graphics subsystem is not as fast as I'd like, and the "advanced controls" are not supported by the hardware. ???
Syncing apps and the desired video resolution for the app is a problem to setup, and often requires changing the resolution for the app, then back to normal manually. In general display scaling works, just not as you might like. The I5 CPU is not as fast as I'd like in this sort of system. With minimal onboard USB ports, location and lack of output ports generally, I need to use an external USB hub.
I've also noticed some back light display flicker that is more noticeable when reduced brightness is active.
This product is... Big screen size, poor sound quality, A nice compact size, easy to set up

will this work as a keyboard-only when fully folded (tablet mode) to type while streaming to a bigger monitor?

Yes, depending on software settings and application.
