Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 13-Cycle Steam Gas Dryer - Neat White
This Samsung DV50F9A6GVW gas dryer features a 7.4 cu. ft. capacity to accommodate family-size loads and Steam Refresh to lift odors for fresh fabrics. The drying rack lets you gently dry delicate items without tumbling.
Dryer takes 5 hours to dry towels. Why???

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Doesn't dry clothes.
Bought this dryer brand new. Installation initially hooked up dryer with a faulty hose, so hence a major gas leak. Had to call out the Gas company to cap line until the hose was replaced by Best Buy service.
Once hose was replaced the dryer will not dry. It takes over five hours to dry towels when my old dryer took an hour max.
This machine is really a piece of junk.
Best buy is sending out a repair company to try and fix this.
Why should I be having to repair a brand new dryer???
I will b returning this dryer and getting a different brand.

Buttons stick over time

What's great about it: Informative
What's not so great: Buttons stick
This works great for awhile then the buttons begin to stick when you switch over from exercise mode to sleep mode and back to exercise mode. Eventually the button wears down and begins to stick and will not switch over. The information is great but if you can't switch back and forth to the different modes what good is it?? Poor durability.

What's great about it: Doesn't make a lot of noise while washing and spinning.
What's not so great: So far so good
After reviewing many different washing machines I chose this Samsung because it had everything I wanted in a washing machine and more. Thins machine really pinpoints your washing needs and offers so many choices making it very versatile. It will adjust the amount of water you need for each load. You can do a presoak if you have soiled clothes. You can have the spin cycle go very quickly, or dialed down a bit. Really a great machine and quiet overall. You can even link the machine to your iPhone and remind you when the wash has completed.

What is your cost to install a gas dryer? Does a gas line installation kit need to be purchased when a line Is already in place?
A new gas line needs to be installed for liability issues and installation is included.

Can I temporarily turn off the mashine during the wash cycle (so I can soak the clothes under my own controlled timel), like old agitator ones?
Yes u can, but it does have a presoak option as well.

Can I add my detergent myself while washer is filling with water, and NOT use the dispenser?
