For the money this card reader is pretty good. It too a second to figure out which slot to use but the reader accepts at least 15 different size memory cards. The reader automatically loaded on my laptop and the download was fairly quick. Worked out great because I couldn't find the cable for my camera. Now I keep this reader right in my camera case. I also have various sizes of memory cards so no more looking for cables since this reader accepts them all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

 SanDisk - 16GB SDHC UHS-I Memory Card
SanDisk - 16GB SDHC UHS-I Memory Card
This SDHC card features 16GB of memory for storing or transferring media. The high transfer rate delivers fast copying or downloading.

How many photos will 16GB card hold ?

It depends on the megapixel resolution and setting on the camera.

5 megapixel could hold up to 10,000+ while an 18 megapixel will hold about 2,500.

Does the SanDisk - 16GB SDHC Memory Card - Blue work with a Hero Gopro?

I bought a Gopro and its a Hero but it needs a microSD card and i don't have one so i was looking for a cheap one to buy.
This is not a micro SD card. If you want to stick with Scan Disk 16GB micro SD Card the least expensive one is on sale right for $15 or you can upgrade to the 32GB for $20 and they go up from there.

How many hours of gopro recording can a 64 GB hold?

It depends on the resolution setting on the camera. Higher resolution will hold less footage.

I tried the answer to another user's question, and the drive is still not showing up on my computer

Yes, I read the manual, LOLsigh.

I've inserted the drive into one of my USB ports; the blue light is on; the card is inserted. But this

"Plug the card reader into a USB port on the computer, then Go to My Computer. Double click on the drive that you plugged the USB in and enjoy your photos"

isn't happening. The drive itself isn't showing up as a Removable Drive when I click on My Computer (and I have two other things installed).

Suggestions?
When I inserted the reader and after the initial download I opened my computer. The reader didn't show as a removable drive. The icon was located to the right of my hard drive. Hope this helps.

Does this work with windows 7?

Absolutely. That's what I have installed on my laptop and had no problems.
