What's great about it: They're stainless and should last forever
What's not so great: Too small. Takes forever to fill.
I was disappointed in the hoses. Was convinced that they were better than my old rubber ones but they are too small in diameter and they reduce the flow. Takes forever to fill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: It's simple, efficient and works as described
What's not so great: the hose to the tubs is smaller than the old one and seems cheap
We previously had a Whirlpool washer and it lasted forever! We're hoping this one will give us lots of life as well.

Do you sell a top load washer that allows me to open top during spin cycle??

I'm sure no one does. With the torque of these washer motors, it would be extremely dangerous to allow that. Anyone, even a kid could reach inside and maybe even lose an arm.

I was hoping you could open it at other times like during agitation as my old washer allowed. Maybe they find that too hazardous too in this day of lawsuits!
