What's great about it: Uses less water and electricity
What's not so great: No alarm to tell you it is done
Reviewed alot of washer from sears, etc. and Bestbuy has the lowest price which included delivery, hook-up and haul away. Love the new energy efficiency, great looking and easy to use.

What's great about it: The price
What's not so great: Loud buzzered
Reviewed alot of prices on this dryer and Bestbuy had the lowest price! Love that it has an alarm when clothes are dry, but a bit to loud. Clothes come out great in a short period of time, compared to old dryer that we had for about 10 years.

washing machines ?

I see a lot of formulas to compute the cubic feet , but I'm not a math kind of girl. Do you have a chart? The tub on my washing machine measures 20" by 17". Are the high-efficiency machines as noisy as I have read on the web. And, what's up with the 'plates' vs adjators? I'm liking the LG's but I don't see how the plate thingie can turn the clothes as well. Thanks so much
No chart, just went big than the cubic ft. I already had. The thingie moves up and down, and sideways.

what are the additional costs for delivery, hook-up of new dryer and hauling away old dryer?

At time I bought my items, around xmas, all that was included in price. Which was great because other places charged more!
