What's great about it: Thin/Light, 500GB, Value, Processor, HDD, SOUND, Solid Build
What's not so great: Little Screen Bleeding, doesn't have a SSD
Great lap top/ netbook at a great price $799.99 while similar ones cost about a $1000 +
Loved how the packaging was put together, looks and feels SOLID.
Start up and shutdown times a very fast for a 5200RPM HDD.
Very responsive touch screen, a little bit of glare when your out side but nothing to complain about.
I think the SOUND by Bang & Olufsen is amazing

It's up-gradable to a SSD and 8GB of RAM. Bought this for class work and business, so far I am loving it.
This product is... Good sound quality, Perfect for Business, A nice compact size, easy to set up, lightning fast

Is there a way to connect to the internet using a wired connection?
I saw in a customer review that the customer used a usb ehternet cable. Is this true? Does the laptop have this capability? Is this cable included in the box? Thanks.
yes, its included in the box, lets you plug in Ethernet via USB

Do refurbished laptops work the same as new ones?
once the computer is reset and factory restored yeah the inside works are as good as new. The only concerns would be battery and any other cosmetic wear and tear. The hard drive does take a toll if it's been used for a looong time, but 3-6 months of normal use is not going to make a difference.

Does this come with Microsoft Office?
It states in the description that it includes a trial for MS Office 365, but what about the regular suite?
