Product does exactly as it states. This wifi extender works better than my router itself. Once I placed it in the center of my home I have full bars through out the house. This product is a no brainer for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The case overall is a really good case. It's not bulky for its overall protection. The big issue is the sound blocking. You can't hear anyone when you talk on the phone. If you place them on speaker phone you get terrible feedback. It also muffles video sound as well. The only way to to increase the volume slightly is by opening up the tab that covers the charging port. So, as long as you aren't using your phone as a phone it's great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will it create a stronger signal that would help connect to tv in next room?

I have a new roku 1 in family room connected to tv. It will not connect to Wi-Fi on same wall in next room? I wonder if it will strengthen signal in order to connect. Also is Roku 2 and 3 stronger in power that would be more apt to make the connection?
Yes it will. Really helped my connection to my blu ray player in my bedroom.
