What's great about it: Works well.
What's not so great: Needed to use adaptor (included in box)
Works well - no complaints
The adaptor has stayed tightly connected to the main plug since the first time I used it with my ASUS laptop. I have now plugged and unplugged the cord many times, and haven't needed to fiddle with the adaptor or connections at all. It seems to work as well as the original equipment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Fits well in pocket
What's not so great: The AAA battery doesn't last very long
I quite like the size of this radio and the sound is good. The portable radio I had before was larger and didn't fit in an ordinary pocket. But the AAA battery doesn't last as long as the AA in my other radio.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Glad to find replacement batteries at the store for my cordless phone. It was expensive, though. Since I had more than one extension with a dead battery, it might have been cheaper just to buy a new set of phones.

What kind of converter can I use with adapter
I am in Rome, Italy and wanted to know what kind of converters I can use for my laptop? My rocektfish model is RF-AC90201 and I have a converter brand
SIMRAN model number SMF2000
Input 220/240AC 50/60Hz
Output 110/120V AC 50/60Hz
Power 200 Watts Max
My friend used this same convertor but blew her battery out but her battery is twice the size as mine. I would greatly appreciate if you can get back to me. Thank you!!!

According to the manual, "A physical adapter plug may be necessary to plug into some AC power outlets outside of the United States, but no voltage converter is needed anywhere in the world."
They warn that using the wrong variety of numbered tip can cause big problems. Perhaps your friend used the wrong tip? I'd suggest checking the Rocketfish web site.

Will the Rockfish RF-AC9021 adapter work with a Dell 14 laptop?
According to the User Guide booklet:
Dell Inspiron 14 works with tip 23 (which was included with my adapter). The guide also suggests visiting the "Tip Wizard" at the product's website to decide which tip to use. If you still can't decide whether it would work, you could call their customer service number (URL and 800 number are on the bottom left of the back of the box. I didn't list them here because the answer guidelines seem to forbid them.)
It also says "If the compatible tip for your laptop is not included in the adapter package, one free tip can be ordered through the Tip Wizard."
