What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Doesn't work well on laps
This is a great tablet. I needed something smaller to carry for school that would also allow me to write papers and do home work on. This covers all of that. It is surprisingly fast for a tablet and you have to love the 1080p display. The only down side and I mean the ONLY down side is that it doesn't really work well when trying to use it on your lap.(With the keyboard that is).
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, lightning fast, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size, Comfortable to hold

what is the battery life

What is the normal battery life when not connected to an ac outlet?
The battery life is ridiculously long. I use it 8 hours straight for collage classes and I still have battery life when I get home

Yes, it comes with word. It also comes with all of the Microsoft Office programs.(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note)
