What's great about it: Good price, high resolution display, flipping into a tablet, great sound quality
What's not so great: Everything is so small
This computer overall is very good, especially when you factor in that it is only $999 compared to everywhere else where it is hundreds of dollars more expensive. Everything about the computer is great except that Windows isn't yet ready for a 3200x1800 screen so everything looks very small. These screens have just started coming into the market so I'm sure Windows will have an update to fix it in the near future (hopefully#. Many other comments mention a problem with the yellow. Maybe it's just me #which it seems it is) but I don't even notice it. Another thing about the laptop is that the screen is so thin, it's is even a bit flexible. Now I don't know if that is good or bad but when you open or close the laptop, it would be best if you did it with two hands on each corner or one hand in the middle so you don't bend the screen. Oh and I almost forgot, the sound quality in the speakers is amazing, especially given that it is an ultrabook. Great computer!!!

Does this have the Haswell processor

Yes it does. It is the Haswell i5 and there is also a more expensive option with the i7.
