The Galaxy Note 3 is one of the best phones on the market. The 2.3GHz quad core processor is very fast and the 5.7" display is bright and clear with vibrant (albeit over saturated) colors. The stylus is more useful than you might think. I used mine on a daily basis. Samsung gets a lot of flack for their use of plastic in the build, but it doesn't look cheap. I personally really like the design, including the leather look back cover. The only thing holding this great phone back is Samsung's user interface, TouchWiz. It's simple to use, but it's slow and stutters quite often when opening apps, multitasking, or just navigating between home screens. It's not enough for me to want another phone, but some people may feel otherwise. Overall, the Note 3 is an excellent device.

Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S5 is the best phone on the market. It does everything you need it to do, and everything you want it to do quickly and easily. I could list the hardware and software features, but the best measuring stick for a mobile device is how it performs in daily use. The Galaxy S5 is fast, easy to use, and attractive. The display is bright, sharp and colorful. The speaker is loud enough to hear in busy restaurants and noisy living rooms. The 16mp camera takes sharp pictures and the software features many useful modes and effects. Samsung has toned down TouchWiz enough for it to perform unobtrusively, with no lag and an attractive design. Along with the 16GB of device storage, I have a SanDisk Ultra 64GB micro SD card in it. 650 songs and several thousand pictures have put barely a dent in the available space. This phone is extremely swanky. Go get one.

I've tried many different cases and I keep coming back to Otterbox. The Commuter Series is the best case I've found for my Galaxy S5. It doesn't add too much bulk, it looks very nice, and it provides all of the necessary protection. My Galaxy S5 is usually in my lap whilst I drive and I've dropped many a phone because I forget it's there. Other cases have resulted in cracked screens and chips. The Otterbox has withstood my absent mindedness and kept my phone safe.

Att not including some accessories that are in original Samsung packaging?

Att site shows only AC charger module, usb cable, and quick start guide that are included with the phone. It appears that ATT is repackaging the phone with less accessories. Check out this video showing original Samsung packaging with more accessories including headset with different earbuds, and stylist removal tool
http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_note_3-review-996p4.php.
For an expensive phone it's hard to believe that ATT is removing the headset and stylist removal tool.
I hope they include at least the new USB 3 charging cable and not the old version.
I received all the accessories with my AT&T Galaxy Note 3. I bought it in store, so there may be some differences in what's included if you buy online.
