What's great about it: Ease of use, screen size, S pen, 2 windows
I have had no issue with the call quality on this phone. In fact, there have been times where there is a pause in the conversation we each have to ask, "are you still there?"
The screen size is fantastic. I was worried about the possibility of the phone losing battery life like crazy. But in fact, the battery life is the best of any smart phone I've owned.
Can't go wrong with this phone. Though I know they are not comparable, I made the switch from the iPhone 5 for a bigger screen to allow me to be more organized. This is an absolutely fantastic phone.

I have an iPhone 4S and have a lot of music in iTunes, if I were to go to a Galaxy would my music transfer and what about my contacts?

The contacts can transfer. However, the music is a little different because of the format of the songs on iTunes, I believe, is not directly compatible with the galaxy phone. You'd have to download some software to reformat the songs and then they would transfer from your computer pretty easily if I am not mistaken. You'd just need to look up exactly how to do that.
