What's great about it: Unbelievable sound quality
What's not so great: It's not the most comfortable, a little tight on the head (for my size head at least.)
I was buying noise canceling headphones as a Christmas present for my nephew and niece and I was trying different ones. I came across these on demo and I couldn't stop listening. The sound quality is impeccable for headphones, the bass goes down to 10 Hz. I don't understand how that's possible.
Also, the whole product is first class... from the packaging to the case to the removable cord to the materials the headphones are made of as well as the removable high frequency filter. The cushions are magnetically attached and snap in to the headphone body. (I do worry that this scheme may not be reliably attached in the long term.)
Forget all the trendy marketing for Beats or Skullcandy. Forget noise-cancelling headphones if you want great sound. I can't believe I spent $200 (-30% for buying three pairs of headphones) on these but I don't have buyer's remorse.

I don't have cable or watch tv. I just use it for watching videos. Can I connect dvd and vhs player to this model?
Yes, you can connect a VCR or DVD player to this since it has the RCA Patch Cable, red/yellow/white inputs.
