I have had these for a bit now. Of course long enough to be able to returrn them. I thought it was my laptop but after testing and wasting a bunch of time, it's the Plantronics headset that is garbage. Intermittent performance between the microphone and headset on my laptop. I typed my 50 characters here. done wasting anymore time this stupid product. DO NOT BUY>
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
