What's great about it: I loved the Ezel Hinge. sound was pretty good
What's not so great: Wi-Fi
I have been researching computers for about 2 months, I talked with many tech people from Acer and Bestbuy, and they recommended this laptop for the things that I would use it for. In the older gen. of this laptop, (R7-571) I read reviews with over 700 threads complaining about wireless card issues. Acer reviewed the threads, so naturally when the second gen of this laptop came out, I expected the wireless issue to be fixed. Unfortunately after playing around on my computer for a few days and having issues with loading simple web pages and apps, I had to take this computer back. The whole concept of this laptop is amazing, and the display is bright and the colors are deep. I'm really sad that Acer wouldn't fix such an easy problem... For the very fact that it's impossible to surf the web and use apps that need an internet connection I would not recommend that you buy this laptop.

Is the digitizer pen supported with this model？
Yes, although Acer has not come out with the digitizer pen, it will be available in the near future. Although I wouldn't buy this computer! Read the reviews first! I bought it when the 2nd gen of this laptop first came out and sadly after 2 days had to return the laptop because of problems with the wireless card which Acer has still failed to fix.

Acer, one thing, is the wifi fixed for the "refreshed" model?
Want acer to acknowledge if they noticed the 99% defective laptops in the original and I thought the refreshed was all about that fix plus little spec bumps. They didnt answer other guy whom asked so far and this is real important. Amazing laptop but needs the wifi fixed.

I also saw all of the threads on Acer and BestBuy's website complaining about the wireless issues with the R7-571 model and saw that Acer had reviewed the comments and I thought planned on doing something about it. I was very excited when I saw that they were coming out with the second generation of this computer and thought that they had fixed the problem, but unfortunately after 2 days of messing around with it and not being able to get a fast, stable connecting to the internet i had to take it back to Bestbuy. A comparable laptop that I would suggest looking at is the Sony Vaio Flip 14A. you can check it out on BestBuy's website with the SKU: 2006033 or you can go on Sony's website directly and build your own! Anyway, hope this helps!
