After initial automated firmware upgrade it stopped working. Had to dig through the belkin website till I found a link in the forum. Reflashed the firmware to make it work again. It has been working very well ever since.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wired connection not working

I bought the Belkin AC750 to replace the N600 - the AC750 wireless component works fine, but none of the 4 wired ports seem to want to connect to the internet (and thus I have to setup the router wireless as well). I have tried the turn off/turn on and matched the set-up items to the N600 that works wired - I took the first AC750 back thinking it was a bad unit, but the second one will not work either. I have been a Belkin supporter from the beginning of my computing, but getting ready to try a different brand if it cannot be solved. I need wired ports as well - the unit has them, why don't they work?
The problems I had with this router were resolved after finding the latest firmware upgrade. It may be necessary to search around the bekin forums for the latest version. I would switch brands if I were you?

Range

I bought this router to replace a 2011 Netgear N600 that went out. The wireless range of the Netgear reached my detached office and upstairs bedroom. This router does not.. The Best Buy Salesman said this router should have significantly better range. I am seeing far less range. Is there something I can try to fix the range issue before I return it? If I do return this one, any suggestions on what I should get to improve the range compared to the old Netgear?
First upgrade firmware. Make sure the power output level is high, I would try switching to low first then back to high to ensure it is changing. Make sure you are using the 2.4 GHz band since the 5GHz will not reach out as far as your old one.
