What's great about it: easy to use, good price, great quality, easy on clothes
I had been searching for a washer and dryer for month. I was actually leaning towards the Maytag Maxima or the Whirlpool Duet front loaders when I came across this washer and dryer online. I'm big on reading reviews and I'M SO GLAD I DID! Not only was it cheaper than what I was planning on spending, but the quality is amazing. I've had the washer and dryer for about 1-2 months now and I've only had the washer give me an error message once. (And it was totally my fault. I had loaded it too full and it was trying to even out the load. If it can't even it out it will stop and have you move the clothes around and pull some stuff out). Definitely an upgrade from the agitator Kenmores that I used to use. A lot nicer on my delicates too! No problems cleaning anything so far.
This product is or has... A great water saver, All the cycles I need, Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, Acceptable level of noise, Doesn't vibrate my house, Great at getting tough stains out, Easy to use controls
About me... Looking for energy savings, Budget Conscious, Appliance snob, Always get the deal, everyday user, End of cycle signal gets my attention, small family, Design conscious
I would recommend this to a friend!

my clothes aren't clean

Hi
I changed to this washer, from an old front loading Maytag Neptune Set. I find that my clothes ( I am a pastry chef) aren't that clean. There will still be some things faintly on the clothing that any other time would be completely gone. Any suggestions?
Are you pre-treating? I find that this is key. I have a puppy and my husband and I are both in the military so we have a lot of dirty clothes. Also adding another soak cycle may help.
